The Villa Landscapes Design Process

Villa Landscapes follows a clear, client-friendly design-build process so you always know what happens next:

1) Consultation

We begin with a professional consultation to understand your goals, evaluate site conditions, and discuss the scope of your project. Depending on your needs, we can meet on-site and/or continue planning discussions through our Long Lake Design Center.

2) Schedule & Design Initiation

To initiate the design and reserve a place on our installation schedule, we require a $2,000 down payment along with a signed preliminary agreement. This payment reserves time on our build calendar and is applied toward the project installation.

3) Design & Contract Review

Initial design development typically takes one to three weeks, depending on the size and complexity of your project. Your design and contract can be reviewed at the Design Center, at your home, or virtually—whatever is most convenient.

4) Installation

Once approved, our team coordinates scheduling, materials delivery, and jobsite logistics. On the first day of installation, your crew and project leadership review the plan to ensure a smooth, professional build.

5) Enjoy

When construction is complete, you’ll receive guidance on caring for your new outdoor features. Villa Landscapes provides a two-year hardscape warranty and a one-time replacement for plantings for one growing season (per project terms).
