At Villa Landscape, we are dedicated to providing an exceptional experience throughout the design and build process. We believe this is essential to clients' overall enjoyment of their new outdoor living spaces.
Villa Landscapes is grateful to our clients who express their satisfaction with others. That is why we are thrilled to introduce the Villa Landscapes’ Referral Program (Referral Program). Our exclusive Referral Program is designed to show our appreciation by rewarding clients who recommend us to their neighbors, friends and family.
At Villa Landscapes, we appreciate our clients’ continued business and are excited about being their partner in creating beautiful outdoor living spaces. We want to be our clients’ landscape professionals for life.
To show our appreciation for our client’s referral, we offer a $100 Visa Gift Card to each referral we receive.
Terms and Conditions:
By participating in Villa Landscapes Referral Program (Referral Program), all parties (Referring Client/s and Referred Friend/s) agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility:
· The Referral Program is open to all clients of Villa Landscapes.
· Referring Friends must be clients of Villa Landscapes and have made a qualifying down payment on a project that is booked.
2. How to Refer:
· Villa clients can refer family, friends, and acquaintances.
· The Referral Form must be completed and submitted before the Referred Friend’s final payment.
3. Rewards:
· Referring Clients will receive a [Visa Gift Card valued at $100] for each successful referral.
· Referred Friends will receive a [Visa Gift Card valued at $100] upon project completion and final payment is made.
· Rewards are not transferable, redeemable for cash, or exchangeable.
4. Qualifications:
· For both parties to qualify for rewards, the Referred Friend must pay their Villa Landscapes project in full.
· The purchase must meet Villa Landscapes standard terms and conditions.
5. Multiple Referrals:
· There is no limit to the number of referrals a Referring Client can make.
· Rewards will be granted to both the Referring Client and Referred Friend for each successful referral.
6. Changes to the Program:
· Villa Landscapes reserves the right to modify or terminate the Referral Program at any time without prior notice.
· Changes will be communicated via email or through the Villa Landscapes website.
7. Compliance:
· Referring Clients and Referred Friends must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when participating in the Referral Program.
· Any abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms and conditions may result in disqualification from the Referral Program and forfeiture of rewards.
8. Privacy:
· By participating in the Referral Program, Referring Clients and Referred Friends consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information per Villa Landscapes Privacy Policy.

No, there is no limit to the number of successful client referrals an existing client can make to Villa Landscapes. The $100 Visa Gift Card reward will be granted to both the Referring Client and Referred Friend for each new project that successfully results from a completed referral form.
